Shipping Policy

1. We currently only ship within India and if you're located outside India, we would love to assist you -Please get in touch for International orders.
2. Shipping is calculated based on the value of the sale.
3. Shipping is charged for all orders.
4. Items that are in stock will be shipped within 5 - 7 business days.
5. The delivery time for metro areas within India is up to 1 week for any goods that are in stock.
6. The delivery time for non-metro areas within India is up to 2 weeks for any goods that are in stock.
7. Ooraya Lifestyle will send an email with the Tracking ID as soon as the goods are shipped from our warehouse.
8. Our shipping partners work 10am to 5.30pm Monday to Saturday. We do not ship/deliver on public holidays and Sundays.
